We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (as per tracking).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date (as per tracking) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by us only in those instances where the issue or problem stems from our side. For other reasons, including but not limited to, ordering an item in error, not liking the item, no longer needing the item or changing your mind, then the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items that have been previously installed cannot be returned for buyers remorse reasons.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Restock Fees
We operate on razor thin margins in order to bring you the lowest prices available, and therefore, charge a restocking fee of up to 20%. We may in our sole discretion waive the restocking fee on items that are still in new and unused condition.
Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to process and ship orders swiftly. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly do so within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, cancellation may not be feasible. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a full or partial refund for new and unused products after the order has been delivered.
