Shipping Policy

We have several fulfillment centers that store and ship our products. If you order more than one item, each may be shipped from a separate location under a separate tracking number, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping cost does not change if more than one shipment location is used. Shipping timeframes depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves the warehouse and the shipping option you choose.

Most products qualify for free standard shipping. However, certain items—such as hardware kits—may be classified as special order items and could require a lead time of 1–2 weeks. Lead times may vary based on availability and supplier processing.

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship out items. All shipments are automatically insured. Please note that orders weighing 150lbs or more may ship freight on a pallet. Freight shipments may take slightly longer to deliver than estimated, especially to residential addresses and rural locations.

We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 50 states, District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.

The cut off for order processing is 12 PM EST. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
